Named after the simple yet clever aesthetic of iconic cinematographer Stanley Kubrick, the Kubrick coffee table is an exploration of the 3D form through the manipulation of 2D material. With the first two Kubrick stools ever made being Christmas gifts for Jack Flanagan’s own family, the stool design has since been refined and is now available in three heights and colours, along this coffee table and side table options.

Jack Flanagan
Jack Flanagan is an industrial designer from Western Australia whose work explores the intersection of engineering and art. His design philosophy is rooted in creating objects that endure both physically and emotionally emphasizing longevity, sentiment, and meaningful ownership.
Influenced by concepts of attachment and permanence, Jack’s work often reflects the emotional connections individuals and families form with treasured objects. He combines minimalist sensibilities with both traditional craftsmanship such as bronze casting and timber turning and contemporary manufacturing technologies. This thoughtful blend of process and material gives his work a distinct aesthetic and emotional resonance. Jack’s designs have been widely exhibited across Australia and internationally, including three appearances at the London Design Festival, and he has received honours such as the Robert Juniper Award for the Arts and runner-up for Best Australian Designer at Denfair.
