NAU is proud to present Ayva, a new timber table collection by acclaimed Australian designer Tom Fereday. Ayva launched as part of the 2025 NAU News. Crafted with elegance and practicality in mind, Ayva reflects NAU’s commitment to thoughtful Australian design.
An Elegant Table Collection
Designed for Intimate Spaces – Ayva is a study in proportion and balance, ideal for smaller interiors. Crafted entirely from solid timber, the bistro table features gently rounded edges and a central arced leg that combines structural strength with minimalist elegance.
Whether used as a bistro, coffee, or dining table, Ayva offers a subtle yet commanding presence – an elegant solution for compact living without compromising on character or functionality. Available in oak, black-stained oak, walnut, with an optional laminate inlay for the dining table.
“I envisioned Ayva as a table that feels both grounded and refined. Its support creates visual lightness while maintaining a strong presence,” says Tom Fereday.
A Continued Collaboration
Ayva expands NAU’s collection of contemporary Australian-designed furniture, lighting, and accessories. Its clean lines and carefully considered details showcase Fereday’s dedication to honest design, where materiality and craftsmanship are paramount.
The 2025 launch marks another chapter in NAU’s ongoing collaboration with Tom Fereday, following the success of celebrated designs including the Sia and Nami collections.
